Ensures execution of various components of the project management life cycle, processes, stage gates, required artifacts, communication, issues management and all aspects of project delivery. Additionally, the Project Manager should continually assess the business needs and solutions to ensure the project is managed in terms of scope, time, cost and quality. The Project Manager continues to evolve in the project management discipline and is gaining expertise in the organization. The role serves as the point of contact for all parties including the business lines, management, team members and third parties (vendors). The Project Manager needs to possess an evolving understanding of the businesses they support, at an industry and market level, allowing them to incorporate key elements into an initiative.Compliance StatementOperates in full compliance with internal policies and procedures as well as applicable regulations and laws, including but not limited to Bank Secrecy Act/Anti-Money Laundering requirements. Responsible to report any procedure or process that doesnt meet regulatory requirements including fraud, whether suspected or confirmed, to management.
