Basic Summary of Position:The Business Partner Specialty Sales is responsible for the promotion of ATI's services to referral sources in a geographic territory, specifically those who can direct Workers Compensation and Auto/Personal Injury patients. Individual and overall strategic plans for growing referrals will be developed with their leader using qualitative and quantitative analysis. This includes marketing activities, promotional events, campaigns and other tactics that can be used to demonstrate ATI s capabilities. The position requires in-depth knowledge of physical rehabilitation, workers compensation and auto and personal injury claims and the ability to develop and maintain strong professional relationships.Job Contacts:Externally, the Business Partner Specialty Sales will interact most frequently with Attorneys, Nurse Case Managers, Insurance Adjusters, Employers, Physicians and their related staff. Internally, the Business Development Manager will interact most often with Business Development Directors Specialty Sales, other Workers Compensation and Auto/Personal Injury team members, physician focused Business Development team members and specialty focused clinicians.

Accountability/Impact:The Business Partner Specialty Sales will be primarily responsible for a territory comprised of referral sources in a specific regional market. They will call on the referral sources with the frequency necessary to fully understand their referral protocols and develop in-depth relationships. Weekly meetings with their leader are scheduled to review activities, evaluate performance and discuss specific or overall opportunities. The Business Development Manager Specialty Sales will consistently meet or exceed goals set for their territory.

Internal Controls:The Business Partner s activities and communication with referral sources must be logged into ATI s CRM system. They must stay within the guidelines of the entertainment budget assigned to them by their leader and follow all of ATI s compliance guidelines.

Essential Functions:
1.Promotes ATI s value and services to referral sources and their support staff
2.Creates individual strategic plans for all referral sources they are primarily responsible for and executes on the plan to generate growth
3.Develops and maintains strong professional relationships and rapport with referral sources, support staff, and other professional colleagues in the market
4.Analyzes referral information for their territory using historical and real-time reporting
5.Works closely with ATI s business leaders to identify areas with the most immediate needs, then develops the appropriate strategies to address the challenge or opportunity
6.Administers and organizes marketing activities for themselves and assists as needed with other ATI staff members
7.Manages existing accounts and demonstrates ATI s value to new accounts through effective communication, time management, resource allocation and customer service
8.Keeps management and other stakeholders informed by tracking activity through ATI s CRM system and providing other progress notes or reports as needed
9.Monitors competition and market trends by gathering input and information; provides feedback in a timely manner
10.Participates in marketing functions in the community as needed
11.Participates in sales training or other organizational activities as determined by their leader
12.Maintains a positive work atmosphere by acting and communicating in a manner that results in a positive work relationship with customers, co-workers and managers
13.Participate in market analysis and competitive analysis as needed
14.Complies with ATI standards of operations

16.The ability to maintain friendly, cordial relations with all clients and employees; maintain a positive work atmosphere by acting and communicating in a manner that results in a positive work relationship with customers, co-workers and managers.Non-Essential

Education: Bachelor s Degree and at least 4 years of relevant field experience
Current and valid drivers license requiredMust comply with ATI s drivers insurance minimums per ATI policy
