**Role Summary:**

Provide technical installation support for new and existing products, acting as liaison with marketing and engineering, to influence, acquire, and effectively communicate pre-installation & installation requirements. Use appropriate technology to simplify complex planning information and distribute to internal and external customers. Provide technical expertise related to MR shielding design, vibration and EMI analysis, cryogen venting and structural steel reviews.



**Essential Responsibilities:**

? Apply current GEHC methodologies to improve site planning and installation processes and quality.

? Must be expert at reading and interpreting; Architectural drawings, structural engineering documents, vibration and Acoustical engineering test data, AC/DC EMI test data

? Interface with the Design Center

? Set up and run GEHC custom finite element modeling tool (model maker and h3d) and interpret the results

? Setup and run GEHC magnet shim analysis tool (Beam Weaver) and interpret the results

? Interface/Assist Project Managers, Customers' technical consultants, and MRI modality engineering department



**Qualifications/Requirements:**

? BS Degree (engineering, architecture, computer sciences or equivalent experience.)

? Leadership and motivational skills

? Customer focused approach

? Excellent communication and facilitation skills

? Competent in GEHC standard \"Office\" software



**Desired Characteristics:**

? Experienced with Siting Requirements of GEHC Imaging products

? Experienced with AutoCAD

? Experienced with Finite Element Analysis modeling

? Experienced with Construction or Design of Medical Facilities

? Knowledge of GE Healthcare tools and processes

? Ability to learn new graphic software programs

? Ability to develop unique concepts and solutions for complex products

? Excellent team player that easily adjusts to changing requests and schedules

? Demonstrated ability to effectively balance/prioritize issues

? Lean / Six Sigma trained
