The COO will administer and direct the organization's Operations and Support Services in the primary areas of Childcare, Adult Care, Respite, Medical Clinic, and HR.. Essential Duties and Responsibilities:. Strategize and improve organizational growth and performance of the business and business programs over time. Develop, implement, and enforce all departmental policies and procedures. Identify opportunities to expand new or existing service offerings and integrated services. Oversee budgets, programs, and staffing for all assigned departments. Program Development for Childcare, Adult Care, Respite and Medical Clinic.
